If there was an error on our part, we would accept a return up to 7 days after you received the items and they MUST be shipped back within that time frame.

The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs.

ALL RETURNS MUST be sent with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund.

Custom made orders are non-returnable.
